Today, she is on a mission to share her system by helping people to banish the gas, bloating and feeling awkwardly stuck to a toilet with angry bowel movements by teaching them how to love and trust their guts.

Diana Haggerty is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach who specializes in demystifying pregnancy and postpartum fitness and nutrition, to empower women to feel confident in their health and healing during and after baby, and beyond.

Diana believes that understanding the body’s physiology, as well as one’s own individual chemistry, is key to a woman’s vibrant life.  Diana has supported hundreds of women since 2007 in breaking free from dead end diets and fitness programs, and create customized approaches to wellness that promote small healthful changes that make a big long-term impact.

In addition to working individually with clients, Diana also teaches group classes and workshops, is a personal chef and birth doula, and, most importantly, Mama to three amazing daughters. She serves women in the Austin, Texas area.
