I think we’ve all been there. The overwhelming feeling of alllll the things we have to do as women and mothers. It’s so easy to fall into a trap thinking “THIS is motherhood? Ugh!”. Jenni + I are encouraging you to turn that frown upside down! What you’ll learn during this episode…

  • How Jenni has handled the transition to motherhood, while being a wife, working, and running a business
  • Ways that you can reduce overwhelm in motherhood + find joy in it again

About Jenni

Jennifer Blossom is a occupational therapist, mom of one, wife, and founder of Blossoming Mommy and Baby! She was born and raised and currently lives in Alaska with her family. Blossoming Mommy and Baby is founded on helping moms develop the tools and skills to create a meaningful motherhood. She has personally struggled with eating disorders, panic and anxiety attacks, infertility, and postpartum anxiety. Through her valleys, she had no choice but to continue moving forward and in doing so, she discovered the tools to cultivate a gentle and nourishing approach to life and momma-hood.
